Welcome to MAED by Mini (“MAED,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or purchasing from maedbymini.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Our Products

MAED creates handmade, made-to-order products including:

  • Floral preservation artwork

  • Handmade clay jewelry

  • Limited-run artisan pieces

Because every item is handmade and often created using natural materials, no two pieces will ever be identical. Variations in color, shape, texture, flower appearance, resin clarity, and overall finish are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

2. Custom Orders & Floral Preservation

Floral preservation pieces are custom, made-to-order creations using flowers or botanical materials supplied by the customer.

By placing a floral preservation order, you understand and agree:

  • Flowers are natural materials and may change color, darken, fade, bruise, or become translucent during the drying and preservation process.

  • Final preserved colors and appearance may differ from fresh flowers.

  • Certain flowers preserve better than others, and results cannot be guaranteed.

  • Minor bubbles, texture variation, or slight imperfections may occur during the preservation process and are part of handmade resin art.

Once production begins, custom floral preservation orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

3. Shipping Flowers to MAED

Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping flowers to MAED.

MAED is not responsible for:

  • Flowers damaged in transit

  • Flowers lost by shipping carriers

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Flowers arriving moldy, crushed, overheated, frozen, or otherwise compromised before receipt

We strongly recommend shipping flowers as quickly as possible after your event and following all packaging instructions provided.

4. Processing Time

Unless otherwise listed as pre-order:

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 weeks of purchase.

Custom floral preservation pieces require additional production time depending on drying, curing, design complexity, and order volume. Estimated timelines will be communicated individually.

5. Shipping Policy

United States

  • Orders ship via United States Postal Service First Class Mail

  • Flat shipping rate: $5 unless otherwise specified

  • Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery after shipment

International Orders

  • Orders ship via United States Postal Service International First Class Mail

  • International Priority shipping is not currently offered

  • Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery after shipment

If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the order may be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.

MAED is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

  • Customs delays, import duties, or international fees

  • Carrier-related delivery issues after shipment

For lost mail claims, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products:

All sales are final.

MAED does not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or the incorrect item was sent.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

Approved damaged-item claims will be resolved through store credit only.

Refunds are not offered for:

  • Natural variation in preserved flowers

  • Resin bubbles or minor handmade imperfections

  • Color shifts during preservation

  • Customer dissatisfaction based on artistic preference

  • Incorrect addresses entered during checkout

7. Jewelry Disclaimer

Our clay earrings and jewelry are handmade and should be handled with care.

MAED is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improper handling

  • Exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or heat

  • Normal wear and tear after delivery

8. Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, branding, logos, product photography, website content, and artwork displayed on maedbymini.com remain the exclusive property of MAED by Mini and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAED shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of flowers during shipping

  • Damage caused by shipping carriers

  • Natural changes during preservation

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use or delivery

By submitting flowers for preservation, customers acknowledge the risks associated with working with natural materials.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Texas.
