Processing, Shipping & Returns

First of all, thank you for shopping with MAED. It mean’s the world.

1. Processing Time

Unless otherwise listed as pre-order:

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 weeks of purchase.

Custom floral preservation pieces require additional production time depending on drying, curing, design complexity, and order volume. Estimated timelines will be communicated individually.

2. Shipping Policy

United States

  • Orders ship via United States Postal Service First Class Mail

  • Flat shipping rate: $5 unless otherwise specified

  • Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery after shipment

International Orders

  • Orders ship via United States Postal Service International First Class Mail

  • International Priority shipping is not currently offered

  • Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery after shipment

If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the order may be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.

MAED is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

  • Customs delays, import duties, or international fees

  • Carrier-related delivery issues after shipment

For lost mail claims, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.

3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products:

All sales are final.

MAED does not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or the incorrect item was sent.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

Approved damaged-item claims will be resolved through store credit only.

Refunds are not offered for:

  • Natural variation in preserved flowers

  • Resin bubbles or minor handmade imperfections

  • Color shifts during preservation

  • Customer dissatisfaction based on artistic preference

  • Incorrect addresses entered during checkout
