Natural Color Variation
Due to the drying and preservation process, flowers may naturally change in color, tone, or vibrancy. Slight fading, darkening, or tonal shifts are normal and should be expected as part of the preservation process.
Resin Characteristics
Resin is a handmade medium and may contain minor imperfections such as small air bubbles, micro-bubbles, subtle texture variations, or slight irregularities in the finish. These characteristics are a natural part of handcrafted resin artwork.

Because each piece is created using real flowers and organic materials, slight variations in flower placement, petal appearance, or clarity may occur. These are not considered defects, but rather part of the unique nature of floral preservation.
Handmade Artwork
Each piece is individually handcrafted and completely one-of-a-kind. No two preservation pieces will be identical, and minor aesthetic variations should be expected.
Refund & Replacement Policy
Due to the custom and highly personal nature of floral preservation, refunds cannot be offered based on aesthetic preferences, color changes, or expectations regarding the final appearance of preserved flowers. Refunds or replacements will only be considered in cases of significant structural damage or a production error that substantially differs from the agreed-upon design.

Turnaround Time
Your piece is now in production and should take approximately 3–6 weeks for the final product to be shipped.
